Terms

Terms of Service

The operating terms for authorized users of the EPOC Studios Dashboard.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the EPOC Studios Dashboard, including dashboard views, reports, analytics, integrations, account-management surfaces, onboarding forms, exports, and related services made available through epoc.studio.

By accessing or using the Dashboard, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the organization, client, brand, or EPOC Studios team account associated with your access and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Dashboard.

If a separate written services agreement, statement of work, data processing addendum, platform authorization, or client agreement applies, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms. These Terms apply to Dashboard access and platform operation unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Authorized users only

  • The Dashboard is a business tool for EPOC Studios staff, approved client users, authorized contractors, and authorized business representatives. It is not intended for consumer, public, or child-directed use.
  • You may access only the brands, clients, accounts, reports, files, and platform data that EPOC Studios has authorized for your role.
  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials, session access, devices, and email accounts secure. Do not share credentials or allow another person to use your account.
  • You must promptly notify EPOC Studios at reports@epocstudios.online if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, incorrect account access, or improper data exposure.
  • EPOC Studios may enforce role-based access, account scoping, approval flows, audit logs, and session controls to protect client and platform data.

Client authority and platform permissions

You represent that you have the authority to provide, approve, connect, or request access to any advertising, commerce, analytics, lifecycle marketing, creative, financial, or business data made available through the Dashboard.

  • For Meta, this includes authority over the relevant ad accounts, campaigns, ads, pages, pixels, catalogs, businesses, system users, and related business assets where applicable.
  • For Shopify, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo, and other services, this includes authority to connect accounts, approve scopes, share credentials or tokens, and allow EPOC Studios to process reporting data for the authorized business purpose.
  • You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, permissions, and data-use restrictions of each connected third-party platform.
  • If your authority ends, if a client relationship changes, or if access was granted in error, you must notify EPOC Studios promptly so access can be corrected or revoked.

Permitted use

  • Use the Dashboard only for authorized marketing analytics, client reporting, account operations, onboarding, forecasting, creative review, optimization support, and related EPOC Studios service delivery.
  • Use platform data only for the client, brand, account, and business purpose for which access was granted.
  • Download, export, copy, or share reports only when authorized by EPOC Studios and the relevant client relationship.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all non-public client, platform, business, creative, account, pricing, operational, and performance data shown in the Dashboard.

Prohibited use

  • Do not bypass, disable, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with authentication, authorization, role checks, account scoping, rate limits, audit logging, or security controls.
  • Do not access, scrape, export, retain, sell, resell, disclose, or repurpose Dashboard data outside the scope authorized by EPOC Studios and the relevant client agreement.
  • Do not use the Dashboard to violate law, third-party rights, platform terms, privacy obligations, confidentiality obligations, or client instructions.
  • Do not upload malware, harmful code, unlawful content, misleading data, or materials that infringe intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or contractual rights.
  • Do not use Meta, Google, Shopify, TikTok, Klaviyo, or other connected-platform data for unrelated profiling, unauthorized targeting, sale of data, or any purpose prohibited by the source platform.
  • Do not attempt to overload, scan, stress test, or automate requests against the Dashboard or connected APIs unless EPOC Studios has expressly authorized that testing in writing.

Client data and platform data

Client data remains owned or controlled by the relevant client or source platform, subject to the applicable client agreement and third-party platform terms. EPOC Studios uses client and platform data to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, improve, and document Dashboard services.

The Dashboard may process ad account identifiers, campaign/ad set/ad identifiers, creative metadata, spend, impressions, reach, clicks, actions, purchases, conversion values, ROAS, commerce data, lifecycle marketing data, onboarding details, account mappings, sync status, diagnostics, and operational logs.

Data handling, retention, deletion, and contact instructions are described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions linked from the Dashboard.

Credentials, tokens, and security-sensitive data

  • Do not submit or transmit credentials, access tokens, API keys, secrets, or private platform data through unsupported channels or fields.
  • EPOC Studios may store or process credentials, tokens, and integration configuration only as needed to operate authorized integrations and reporting services.
  • EPOC Studios may rotate, revoke, disable, or require reconnection of credentials when required for security, platform compliance, client instructions, or operational reliability.
  • You must not attempt to reveal, copy, extract, intercept, or misuse another user's credentials, tokens, sessions, or account access.

Dashboard materials and intellectual property

The Dashboard, including software, UI, workflows, schemas, reports, templates, documentation, visual design, and EPOC Studios operating methods, is owned by EPOC Studios or its licensors, except for client data and third-party platform data. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Dashboard or EPOC Studios materials.

  • You may use Dashboard outputs only for authorized internal business, client reporting, and EPOC Studios service purposes.
  • You may not copy, clone, resell, sublicense, publish, or create a competing product from the Dashboard, its design, workflows, or non-public documentation.
  • Feedback, suggestions, and improvement ideas may be used by EPOC Studios without restriction or obligation, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Third-party services and platform changes

The Dashboard depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure providers. EPOC Studios does not control third-party APIs, source data, rate limits, permissions, outages, reviews, policy changes, or account enforcement decisions.

  • Reporting may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, reprocessed, or changed by the source platform.
  • A platform may revoke or limit access even when the Dashboard is operating correctly.
  • EPOC Studios may update, suspend, remove, or replace integrations when platforms change requirements or when access becomes unreliable, unsafe, unauthorized, or non-compliant.

Reporting, recommendations, and no guarantees

Dashboard reports, forecasts, audits, recommendations, creative analysis, alerts, and operational summaries are business decision-support tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or guaranteed-performance advice.

  • Metrics depend on source-platform attribution, tracking configuration, API availability, client data quality, and date-range selection.
  • EPOC Studios does not guarantee revenue, ROAS, profit, ad performance, inventory outcomes, platform approval, or any business result from using Dashboard data or recommendations.
  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them externally, or taking operational action.

Confidentiality

Non-public information available through the Dashboard is confidential unless EPOC Studios or the relevant client has clearly made it public. This includes client performance, spend, revenue, campaigns, creative materials, account mappings, team assignments, strategy, reports, platform diagnostics, and operational workflows.

  • Use confidential information only for authorized Dashboard and EPOC Studios service purposes.
  • Protect confidential information with reasonable care and at least the same care you use for your own sensitive business information.
  • Do not disclose confidential information to anyone who is not authorized to receive it.

Suspension, termination, and access changes

EPOC Studios may suspend, restrict, modify, or terminate Dashboard access at any time when access is no longer authorized, a client relationship changes, required platform permissions are revoked, a security risk is detected, a legal or platform obligation requires it, fees or service obligations are unresolved, or these Terms are violated.

Upon termination or loss of authorization, you must stop using the Dashboard and delete or return any non-public Dashboard materials or client data in your possession unless retention is authorized by EPOC Studios, the relevant client agreement, or applicable law.

Privacy and deletion

Privacy and deletion rights are described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions. Deleting or disconnecting data may reduce or remove historical reporting, account diagnostics, creative views, sync history, and related Dashboard functionality.

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, audit, backup, platform-compliance, or contractual purposes.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Dashboard is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. EPOC Studios disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, data availability, and accuracy of third-party platform data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPOC Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, platform account action, advertising performance changes, or third-party platform failures arising from or related to Dashboard access or use.

Where liability cannot be excluded, EPOC Studios' aggregate liability for claims related to the Dashboard is limited to the amount paid to EPOC Studios for the Dashboard-related services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, unless a signed agreement requires a different limit.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and the organization you represent are responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from unauthorized use of the Dashboard, breach of these Terms, lack of authority to provide or approve data access, violation of platform terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of client or platform data.

Changes to these Terms

EPOC Studios may update these Terms as the Dashboard, connected integrations, client services, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. Continued use of the Dashboard after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
