Last updated: July 27, 2026
Overview
EPOC Studios operates the EPOC Studios Dashboard, a marketing analytics and client reporting platform available at epoc.studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how clients and authorized users can request deletion or access support.
The Dashboard is intended for EPOC Studios staff, approved client users, and authorized business partners. It is not intended for children or consumer social networking use.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information, such as name, email address, organization, role, login status, and access permissions.
- Client and brand information, such as brand name, assigned team, account mappings, onboarding details, and reporting preferences.
- Advertising and marketing platform data from authorized sources, including Meta ad account IDs, campaign/ad set/ad identifiers, creative metadata, account names, currency, spend, impressions, reach, clicks, actions, purchases, conversion values, ROAS, and related performance metrics.
- Commerce and lifecycle marketing data from authorized integrations such as Shopify, Google Ads, TikTok, and Klaviyo when a client has connected or provided access to those services.
- Operational logs, sync status, error codes, rate-limit context, authentication events, and audit records needed to keep the Dashboard secure and reliable.
How we use information
- To provide client dashboards, marketing analytics, cross-channel reporting, creative performance views, and operational account support.
- To authenticate users, enforce role-based access, assign accounts to teams, and prevent unauthorized access to client information.
- To synchronize, cache, troubleshoot, and improve reporting data from connected marketing and commerce platforms.
- To respond to support, privacy, access, deletion, and compliance requests.
- To protect the Dashboard, investigate errors or abuse, and meet legal, contractual, security, or audit obligations.
Meta platform data
When a client or authorized business grants EPOC Studios access to Meta assets, the Dashboard uses Meta Marketing API data only for analytics, reporting, optimization support, and client service delivery. We do not sell Meta platform data and we do not use it for unrelated consumer profiling.
Meta-derived data is shown only to authorized EPOC Studios staff and approved client users with access to the relevant brand or account. Tokens and server-side credentials are not exposed to the browser UI.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed to operate the Dashboard, support clients, comply with law, or use trusted infrastructure and service providers. These providers may include hosting, database, authentication, analytics, logging, email, and connected-platform API services. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Dashboard data, including authenticated access, role-based permissions, server-side API calls, encrypted credential storage where implemented, and restricted operational access.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Dashboard, support client reporting, satisfy security or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Retention periods may vary by client agreement, integration, and data type.
Your choices and deletion requests
Authorized users may request access changes, correction, disconnection, or deletion of Dashboard data by contacting EPOC Studios. Deleting connected-platform data may reduce or remove historical reporting functionality.
For instructions specific to Meta app data deletion, visit /data-deletion or email reports@epocstudios.online with the subject line Dashboard Data Deletion Request.
