Data Deletion Instructions

How clients and authorized users can request deletion or disconnection of Dashboard and Meta app data.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

How to request deletion

To request deletion of Dashboard data or Meta app data associated with your organization, email reports@epocstudios.online with the subject line Dashboard Data Deletion Request.

Include your name, email address, organization or brand name, the relevant Meta ad account ID if known, and a short description of the data you want deleted or disconnected.

Verification

Before deleting or disconnecting data, EPOC Studios may verify your identity and confirm that you are authorized to act for the relevant organization, brand, or connected platform account. This protects client data from unauthorized deletion requests.

What we delete or disconnect

  • Dashboard user access for the requesting user when applicable.
  • Client or brand records that are no longer needed to provide services or meet business obligations.
  • Stored connected-platform credentials or tokens controlled by the Dashboard when applicable.
  • Meta-derived reporting data, including ad account mappings, campaign/ad set/ad identifiers, creative metadata, insights, spend, conversions, and related cached analytics where deletion is approved and technically feasible.
  • Operational records that are no longer required for security, legal, billing, dispute, audit, or contractual purposes.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable period and complete verified requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for security review, legal obligations, platform limitations, or client-contract requirements.

Important notes

  • Deleting connected-platform data may remove historical dashboards, reporting views, creative analysis, sync history, and account diagnostics.
  • Some records may be retained when required for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or audit purposes.
  • If the data also exists inside Meta or another third-party platform, you may need to use that platform's own account, privacy, or business settings to delete the source copy.

Contact

For follow-up, email reports@epocstudios.online. Please include the same email address used for your Dashboard or connected-platform access when possible.
